Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to get an order out of the door. There is no tracking-based advertising on this site, and we do not sell data to anyone.

What we collect

• When you order: name, phone number, email address and a delivery address. These are required to fulfil the order and issue an invoice.
• Payment details: entered directly on the payment provider’s own secure page. Card numbers never pass through our servers and are never stored by us. We keep only the last four digits and the approval code, for customer service and refunds.
• Your basket: stored in your browser only (localStorage), not on our server.
• What you searched for: we count how often each term is searched, so we know what is worth stocking. Only the text is stored, in aggregate — no name, no IP address, and no way to connect a search to a particular person.
• An account, if you want one: email address, name and a hashed password. Buying from this shop never requires an account.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies only: keeping you signed in to an account or to the admin panel, and remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you are not asked to consent to any.

Who we share it with

• The payment provider, solely to process the charge.
• A courier or delivery company, solely to deliver the order.
• The tax authorities, to the extent required by law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Israeli tax law requires (seven years). Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it — except for records we are legally required to retain. To make a request, contact us through the contact page.

Marketing

Agreeing to receive updates is entirely optional and is never pre-ticked. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, or by contacting us directly.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes with a unique salt, and access to the admin panel is limited to shop staff.

Which version governs

This English text is provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one, and Israeli law governs it.
